Liked: Good location, kitchenette, cleaning ok.

Disliked: Air condition is very low power so we had to sleep with it turned on in the night. Rooms are not soundproofed so you can hear anything from outside or other rooms. From pictures looks better but in reality is an 2 star hotel with old rooms.

Liked: Excellent location close to the beach and the airport and bus stop in to town. Very nice staff and the owner provided a fabulous care package for our welcome. It was nice to have the pool to swim in and also close access to restaurants and beach. We did an excursion one day from the beach out on a boat. All was fantastic

Liked: We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it! The location is perfect just a short walk from Playa de Can Pastilla, with a beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and boutiques nearby. It is also very close to several bus stops, making it easy to explore Mallorca, and it's only a few minutes from the airport. We rented a car through the hotel at a very reasonable price, and there was free parking right next to the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a superior room free of charge after we asked if it would be possible to have a room with a clearer view of the swimming pool. That was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was excellent. Great location, great service, and excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again!

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very nice and the price was also competitive. We were able to cook every evening and the AC was strong enough to beat the heat from outside. Very clean also:)

Liked: reception 24 hs so if you arrive late it’s always okay. the fully equipped kitchen. Staff super nice (Matias and Tommy)

Liked: This is a great place, the staff were helpful and friendly. The bus stop is only a few minutes away and so is the nearest supermarket. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool to relax on. There is a Cold water machine at the bar so you can help yourselves. On arrival we were given a small grocery bag from the local supermarket, there was some wine, biscuits, water and a few other things as well. The bus from the airport is the A2, if you get off just past the Can Pastilla supermarket and it's a 5 min walk away.

Disliked: Having to go home

Liked: I loved my stay here and would happily return. Very easy check in to a very clean and bright room. I had wanted the bigger space but it had sold out so I was happily surprised that the studio fit two people very well and was completely comfortable. I had been pretty determined to get this hotel regardless of the room because I heard such good things and it did not disappoint. The value for money is extremely high. I will note that there’s not many amenities, but they are inexpensive to grab at any nearby store. The location is amazing, off the busy street but five minutes walk from the little beach and eight from Pastilla. Going to the city was easy on the express bus and returning at night was no worry at all. As two young women, we felt safe and cared for the whole time. There was also a young receptionist who really went out of his way to be helpful, which was very much appreciated. Generally I had a relaxing, quiet stay in a sweet area of the island.

Disliked: Maybe because the room was a far corner of the hotel, the WiFi was weak and cut in and out. I used my hotspot a lot because it was a short trip and hesitate to really complain because it wasn’t something I told the hotel about at the time or they might have fixed it.
