โDon't waste your vacation time hereโ
Liked: It was near the beach but so is every other hotel.
Disliked: We didn't like anything here except the staff. This hotel is ran by extreme cheapskates who will lie and deceive and cut corners to save a penny. We stayed in multiple rooms here and each had it's problems. I would never i recommend or go back here. The AC doesn't cool the rooms, our balcony door wouldn't lock, the soap was water, the furniture was broken, the mattresses were junk, the elevator got stuck for a few minutes, the rooms were dirty, the towels were stained and had holes, we couldn't sleep because of the humility and heat, they lied about the amenities there is no shuttle (they tell you it's cheaper to take a taxi). I can go on all day about how bad this place is.

Disliked: Nuestra experiencia durante las 6 noches que estuvimos alojadas en agosto fue bastante decepcionante. Al llegar, encontramos objetos en el suelo, entre ellos una moneda y una pulsera de fiesta, adjunto fotos. La limpieza tampoco fue la esperada: estuvimos hasta 3 dรญas seguidos sin que se realizara ninguna limpieza. En cuanto al apartamento, tuvimos que pedir una olla porque รบnicamente disponรญamos de una sartรฉn como utensilio para cocinar. Ademรกs, el gel de baรฑo estaba prรกcticamente rellenado con agua, algo bastante poco cuidado. Otro problema importante fue el aire acondicionado: estuvimos dos noches sin aire acondicionado, algo especialmente incรณmodo teniendo en cuenta las temperaturas de agosto en Mallorca. Por otro lado, no habรญa toallas disponibles a nuestra llegada y tuvimos que pedirlas expresamente. En general, creemos que el apartamento necesita mejorar bastante en cuanto a limpieza, mantenimiento y equipamiento. Por el precio que pagamos y tratรกndose de una estancia de 6 noches, esperรกbamos encontrar unas condiciones mucho mejores.

โGarbage-like accommodationโ
I made a reservation, but when I went to check in, the door was closed, they were not operating, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone. Agoda only sent automated replies. I couldn't even enter the accommodation, and they still haven't refunded my money. This place has made me lose trust in Mallorca and even Spain. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to my worst enemies.
