“Good basic flat for 1-2 people.”
Liked: Quick and easy checking using a key-pad. Last-minute booking. The staff helped me recover clothes I forgot in my last stay. so that was very positive.
Disliked: The rooms need some repairs. ie our shower hot water knob was broken so we had 100% highest temperature shower possible in the universe.

“Clean and comfortable apartment; very good location”
Liked: Great location, clean
Disliked: We had some difficulty finding the entrance and using the code to enter. Having to throw out trash without clear directions where to throw it out.

“Excellent”
Liked: The apartment is very suitable for families, especially for those planning to stay for several days. It is well-prepared and nicely organized overall.
Disliked: However, cleaning is provided only once a week, and I stayed for less than a week. Any replacement of tissues or other supplies requires an additional payment. Also, I used to leave the garbage bag outside the room, but no one came to collect it until my last day. Despite these minor issues, the apartment was comfortable, spacious, and a good choice for families and longer stays.

“Normal Studio”
Its an spacious studio, nothing fancy or new, but normal/old, comfortable, nice kitchen, bed as well. 15 minutes walking to Old town, easy to access with instructions. Pillows are very old, they should replace

“Absolutely loved this place! It’s right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to ever”
Liked: close to city center, impeccably clean, had everything needed, comfy bed, spacious shower
Disliked: shower had holder was broken so had to manually hold it, but it was fine for a few days

“Exceptional”
Liked: Great location, clean room pull out couch / sofa bed easily fits 2. Beautiful shower. Loved the balcony too it's a great size with table and chairs to enjoy a coffee

“Good 2-3night stay”
Liked: the location is very good, 15min walk to city center. also close to train station. the hotel is in an apartments building you receive the key from a key locker, all is smooth. the room size is very good you also have a kitchenette but we didn't use it so I cannot say if the facilities were ok. the bed and the pillows comfortable. close to the apartment there is a supermarket for shopping also an open market where I recommend going for the cheesecake shop.
Disliked: the apartment is ok and clean but not really like in the pictures ( where we stayed there were visible signs of a bathroom flooding...the floor was swollen. also on the ceiling above the paint not covered. the bathroom seemed a little bit small and cramped.. they tell you to take out the trash:) lol..who does that. overall really nice apartment.

“Home away from home”
Liked: Fantastic apartments! Very comfortable, well-equipped, and within walking distance to the Old Town and Kazimierz. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend InPoint Smart Apartments for anyone visiting the city.
Disliked: Can't say nothing I didn't like.
