The hotel’s security is excellent, so there’s no need to worry about missing belongings or strangers entering. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

“The Ideal place for our Lyon vacation- by two 70+ year olds.”
Liked: During our 2 week stay, the staff was welcoming and the cleaning staff especially so when we were ill a couple of days. The room (an apartment with a large bed-super comfy- and a twin bed we used as a couch) was spacious, well appointed and had A/C. Super safe with the need of a pass card for all entrances, including a very safe parking garage. Across the street from a lovely church and less than 2 blocks from a TRAM stop, a small, excellent mini-market, and a terrific boulangerie (bakery) with fresh breads, croissants and pastries. A major shopping center was 2 stops away on the tram as was the Metro into any part of Lyon we wished to go. Perfect!
Disliked: Not a thing. The bed was made European style with a comforter. Even though it was late Sept- early Oct, the weather was HOT (80's days & high 60's nights). So we removed the comforter, used the duvet cover as a top sheet and a a thin wool blanket on top. Problem solved. Staff remade the bed as we liked. As we said: everything was PERFECT!

Disliked: Breakfast could be better with cooking the hot foods a little more. Scrambled eggs were runny and bacon was under cooked for our liking. This is a minor complaint

“Great location, economical, perfect for short stay”
Liked: Location was excellent, near trolley
Disliked: The air conditioning was very weak and our control settings were broken. We were there for one night and they were no more vacancies to switch rooms.

“Nice place to stay with friendly staff!”
Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and bilingual. Our room was big and had air conditioning. The location for us was very good because we had friends who live in the neighborhood and so it was quite convenient and close to the tram and the train station. Lots of kids playing in the park across the street next to the church.
Disliked: The towels were a little rough, and it was really hard to open the cabinet that held the refrigerator because of the lack of knob to grab onto. Our shower door didn’t quite close all the way, and so water leaked onto the floor every time we showered.
