“Good facility, horrible alarm system.”

Liked: It was conveniently located next to a tram station that goes into the city centre. The room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Room easily accessible with a code and key.

Disliked: Gave it a bad rating because both mornings we were there, an EXTREMELY (not overreacting) loud fire ALARM was blasting for about 3-4 full minutes, directly INSIDE of the room speaker at around 6am waking us up. There was no fire. Not sure who triggered the alarm but it made our stay very unpleasant because being woken up by 200 decibels at 6am both days is not a nice experience.

“I highly recommend this hotel in Yerevan.”

Liked: The hotel was excellent. All the staff were kind and friendly, especially Liana at reception! 🌺You can order food to your room, and it’s delicious. My room was modern and comfortable. I stayed for seven days and highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Yerevan.
