“Can’t recommend”

Liked: Great location

Disliked: When you are a guest at a hotel you want to feel welcome and comfortable. We felt the opposite when we had a very unpleasant encounter with the man working at the reception desk on our second night’s stay. Even a stranger who saw us struggling in the situation said to us “this is not a kind man”

“OK, but I'll choose another place next time.”

Liked: I loved that very tasty soup, tea and cookies were available to all the guests even late in the evening. We came back exhausted and hungry, and didn't need to leave the property to eat out, but could stay inside and eat a delicious meat instead. I loved that!

Disliked: The smell of cigarette smoke on the hall - a terrible thing to deal with! Also, the two sofas we slept on looked like they needed some refreshment. And only one person serving breakfast to so many guests is too few people - there were either plates missing, or glasses, or food... The lady definitely needs help.
