Apollo Hotel Nha Trang

Because they've been in business a long time, the facilities in the photos were probably photoshopped and are from decades ago. There's no pool anymore, the room is stuffy, old and very damp. The alley entrance is quite narrow, so think twice. At this price you get what you pay for — I booked this for the first time at this rate and got a bad room.

The hotel’s plus is its prime location on Tran Phu Street, very convenient for going to the beach. However, the room quality is only acceptable for a short stay or an overnight stop, and not really suitable for a long vacation. The room is quite old, with obvious stains on the walls and paint that has faded over time (as shown in the photos). Also, the on-duty staff’s support wasn’t very open or comfortable when guests needed assistance. I hope the hotel will soon upgrade its facilities and improve its customer service.

The room had many cockroaches. I had to check out in the middle of the night. The hotel did not refund the unused night. The front desk did not handle the situation. Stay away from this place.

Close to the beach but the air conditioning is warm, the TV is old, and there is no refrigerator — it feels more like a guesthouse. Good location and the price is about 800k.

Their attitude was unbearable when I asked about additional services and other information. Even if you don’t know, you can say you don’t know or say you’ll get back to me. But this was completely rude to the guest.

Aircon now working lack of maintenance. When guest complaint then waste guest time to look into it.

Ants are everywhere, including your bed. Felt like I sleep on the anthill 🤣 The furniture in the room is quite good, but lack of sound proof let all the noice in. Neighbors on the left stop partying at 3am while neighbors on the right start their morning at 5am by slamming the door as hard as they could. Around 8am cleaning started loud talks. Window shows only AC, no view. No refrigerator.

Small, stuffy room; the actual room was different from the one booked on the app. No windows, no sea view at all, even though the app showed a whole bunch of those.
