Disliked: The filters of the portable a/c were dirty.

Liked: My only concern was location as a solo female traveler, it was not safe walking from train station to hotel after dark. I was very happy with everything else. Staff was very friendly and helpful

It feels more like a student dormitory than a hotel. However, the staff (probably student staff?) are very kind. They showed me where to get water and happily allowed me to store my suitcase. The room is clean but a bit old-fashioned, perhaps? The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but it was cheap overall, so it's good. It's just a one-minute walk from the bus stop, and the location is very good, in a safe area.

Liked: Reserved for one night

Disliked: Reserved two level apartment, received one level apartment, Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, A/C was a mobile unit with high unpleasant noise

Disliked: Reception is not helpfull. No coffee, no body soap or the working time of them sucs.

I stayed for 3 nights. 15 - 18 July 2026. I've already mentioned when I booked the rooms that I wanted a room with an Air Conditioner. I wrote again 1 day before arrival. But when I arrived the guy at the reception told me that Appart City Hotel NEVER had an Air Conditioner ALL OVER FRANCE!!! I told him, that's not true. But he insisted and he gave me a very dirty small room with a broken fan that stopped every single 5 - 8 mins by itself!! I couldn't get to sleep all night long! The 2nd day, I went to the receptionist and I explained him my request. I also told him that I saw there were 2 rooms with AC in front of my rooms that were just being cleaned. He said those room will be for other guests. What?!!! He told me I should come back again at 16h and he will tell his college to give me a room with air conditioner and will reimburse the first night. I came back at 16h but the receptionist said, he didn't tell her anything. Her name is ***! I explained again and asked her nicely Hut she insisted that she said she cannot give me a room with AC and tell me to come back again the next day to the receptionist. I begged her, then she said, she didn't give a f*ck and she told me to stay all night long at the receptionist if I still want a room with Air Conditioner! She ignored me and accept other guests who's just arrived and just booked a room when they arrived she and gave them a room with an AC right in front of me, WHILE she's just told me that there's NO more room with AC!! I was angry and I kept asking her nicely. Tends to beg I could say. At the end she gave me a room with an AC after more than 1 h asking her. I'm Asian living in Switzerland. And I see their treatment is part of racism! They looked who the guests first, then everything depends and start from that!! I don't recommend this place at all!!! They are VERY RUDE, RACIST, and as she said, she didn't give a fuck about my request and for the horrible night I spent at the room!!! It's a low budget hotel with a low attitude of the workers!! Embarrassing!!!

It's OK, The breakfast isn't worth it... Had knock on the door to ask if I was leaving yet.... The apartment is tired and the AC unit is so loud you need earplugs Solo from uk
