“Fantastic place to stay, we stayed two nights and there was no focus on checking if this needed to be replaced candles,”

Liked: Location and privacy, room facilities and appearance, that we could bring our dog with us

Disliked: Second night towels were not replaced, fire wood not re stocked and breakfast supplies not replaced

“Great location, beautiful building, bit expensive for what you get.”

Liked: Great location, beautiful buildings and castle feel.

Disliked: I stayed here years ago and it looks like nothing has changed. The spa looks really old and I didn't turn it on as it doesn't feel clean. Foxtel and Netflix did not work even though advertised, could only watch YouTube. For the price you are paying, this should be 4-5 stars, possibly was back in its day but not anymore.
