Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya

This is the best hotel in all of Pattaya. The service, rooms and staff are the best. I have stayed there on all five of my past trips to Pattaya. I till be returning for New Years 2027 for my first new year’s trip, but unfortunately the price to stay at the Arbour is too expensive during that popular holiday and must stay at a different hotel. But Nisa and her staff are the best at The Arbour

Bad bathroom smell suddenly in middle of the night.

I just came back from a short stay with my daughter and I have to say I’m quite pleased with this hotel. Apart from a couple small issues.. 1. The location is in a busy area and there’s very limited parking. They offer a valet service and your car is parked somewhere else. I declined. 2. Breakfast isn’t great. There’s hardly any selection, just a few items in the buffet and a set menu. The danish were pretty hard also. Aside from that, the hotel is great, the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom has a cool privacy function in the glass wall, the roof top pool was very nice and bar was beautiful also. All staff members were super attentive. Would I stay there again? For sure, but would probably skip breakfast and find a cafe down the street.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was lovely and had a very pleasant atmosphere. A special thank you to On and Teera, who were both absolutely amazing! On was so sweet and always ready to help with a smile, and Teera was equally kind, friendly, and helpful. They both made us feel welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate their kindness and excellent service! 🤍 We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again!

Very good hotel with awesome staff and services

This is now the second time when I booked through Agoda the hotels seem to allocate their worst rooms. On this occasion guests stay on floors 5 to 23. My allocated room was on 5 the lowest floor and as you’ll see from the photos the bathroom finishing was substandard. When I asked the staff if tissues had been left under the vanity they said no that was just the grouting. So poor craftsmanship is acceptable on a lower floor. Apart from the substandard finishing the room itself is fine but more 4 star than 5. The staff are lovely and helpful but someone needs to ensure the hotel maintains a better standard if they want to advertise as a 5 star hotel. Lastly Agoda needs to step up to ensure their customers don’t get second class treatment and the hotel’s leftovers.

nisa is very good

The hotel's location was very convenient, and I loved how clean and hygienic everything was. After going out each day they cleaned perfectly without fail. I’m grateful for the kindness of every single staff member.
