Disliked: Shower broken, awful breakfast with cold coffee, no milk alternatives. The restaurant seems pretty bad, no “normal” room service meals

Liked: The property always very well located and very clean The rooftop staff gentleman was exceptional

Liked: The Location was fantastic, near the beach and all the ipanema fun.

Liked: Proximity to Copacabana and Ipanema was phenomenal. Both walking distance! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beach towels were a nice perk. Breakfast has many options and room to accommodate.

Disliked: The hot water runs out! The property was doing construction by the pool so it was hard to relax.

Liked: Overall, the entrance, rooms, restaurant, staff, and the hotel’s strategic location were all excellent.

Disliked: The entire rooftop area would benefit from some updating, including the pool, terrace, and bar. It’s a real shame, as the view is absolutely spectacular.

Liked: It is a nice, reasonably well run hotel. The location next to Arpoar beach is great.

Disliked: Tiny rooms, windows don't open much, no sea view, top terrace pool also tiny. Quite expensive for what you get.

Liked: I loved the location, friendly staff my regards to Mikael amazing service supported us and made our stay amazing, excellent and very pleasant. Thanks Mikael and great breakfast tasted like a mother’s love.

Disliked: No complimentary water in the room, no hot water kettle or tea bags expected to have them in the room since it’s also a bit cold.the bathroom did not have amenities like lotion, sanitary bags, there was water shortage for flashing the toilet but the maintenance worked hard to restore the water supply and informed us.
