Decent and nice hotel for solo travellers

Conveniently located just beside one of the metro lines, which is still walkable to the main shinsaibashi station via their underground mall pass which is just in front of the hotel too. Though old, but the room was considered spacious enough being in the city centre as compared to other new hotels of the same price point or even more expensive for a smaller area. Beds were sufficiently comfortable too. Will recommend!

The hotel is a little dated, but amenities are complete and room was clean. A little more spacious than our last hotel in Kyoto too. The hotel also provided sleepwear and fresh towels for each day we were there

Our stay was disappointing. The room was up a steep flight of stairs to the third floor, and the check-in information only provided a door code, with little guidance. The refrigerator was dirty and still had food left by previous guests. The toilet smelled strongly of sewage whenever it was flushed, and there was no exhaust fan to clear the smell. We also had trouble getting fresh towels and garbage service, despite following the instructions on the door. Agoda’s response took over an hour, and we were told to go downstairs to collect supplies ourselves. There was only one glass for two guests, extra towels cost ¥100, and the toiletries, including toothpaste, were very limited. The room and service made our stay uncomfortable. Based on our experience, I would discourage future guests from booking this property, especially if comfort and reliable service are important to them.

It was very good hotel, very friendly staff and reception, loved the vending and ice machines at my floor, surprisingly very near to most famous places like Dotobori, Shinsaibashisuji shopping street and etc, overall recommend it as a solo traveler💖

The hotel is located literally beside Nagahoribashi Station (4stops from Tengachaya —from KIX Airport). The hotel is clean, people are friendly and accommodating esp the Filipino people. What I do appreciate more is the good communication skills, people whom I suppose are locals are good in english. Hence, every transactions and inquiries went smoothly. I also like to add that the breakfast buffet is delicious and there are variety of meals. I believe whether you traveling solo, with small group or family with children, this is the best place. I’ll come back, definitely.

I stayed in a single room for 4 nights and was very satisfied with my stay. I heard that hotels in Japan are small, but I didn't feel cramped at all; there was enough space to open my suitcase, and the basic amenities were well provided. I also made good use of the vending machines and microwave in the hotel. The hot water was excellent. The most satisfying part was the breakfast, which was surprisingly great for a hotel breakfast. It had a variety of options from regular dishes to fried items, breads, beverages, coffee, and lattes. The pudding, in particular, was so delicious that I remember it more fondly than the ones I buy from stores. The location was very convenient for traveling to places like Kyoto and Himeji by train from the outskirts of Osaka, and it was only one train station away from Nankai Namba Station, so it wasn't a long walk. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the staff were very kind and it was great that they let me store my suitcase after checkout.
