“I would not recommend this place the website lied and the owner didn’t rectify the problems.”
Liked: The property had a nice communal deck with a view.
Disliked: We stayed in the family room and there were no operating windows. The window was about 12x16 inches and 8 or 9 feet off the ground. It could be opened with rock climbing up the wall. There was absolutely no view and no fresh air. There were no couches as the website stated “2 couches” rather there were 2 ottomans. When I brought up these issues the owner or manager only replied by telling me there were no rooms we could move into. The family room also had a door to the outside that could not be opened.

“Unresponsive host, could not check in”
Liked: Nice views from the room and terrace, but these can be found anywhere in the city.
Disliked: Host was impossible to get in touch with. He never responded to any of my questions in the months leading up to stay. He briefly answered the morning of our stay but then at our check in time, he stopped responding all together and did not provide us information on how to get in. We sat outside the building for 90 minutes trying to get a response and he never answered. We finally got the cleaning lady to help us in. He didn’t answer the entire 2 day stay. The room is extremely small. Would not recommend as there are many places near here with beautiful views.

“Perfect base for exploring the Cinque Terre”
Liked: Great location (stunning views from the roof!), comfortable room with lots of character
Disliked: Wish that checkout was slightly later (but they were very accommodating about storing bags for us)

“The price quality ratio was very poor”
Liked: The view of the sea was nice.
Disliked: The price quality ratio was very poor. The room price did not include breakfast, bed was uncomfortable, the door to the corridor was light and did not prevent noises from outside and the communication with staff was difficult. We received a message at the arriving day which included for example forbidding to bring any food in the room. If we would have known this before we had not booked the room.

“Very good”
Liked: Location was wonderful. The room was comfortable, with amazing views.
Disliked: The workers across from the bedroom window, 3-5 meters away, and no window covering to block their view inside.
