Art Deluxe Hotel

The room was clean but a bit small. Some amenities were not suitable. The location is great for dining. Convenient transport to the city center.

Liked: Location was ok

Disliked: Staff were rude, the hotel owner was incredibly rude and handled the situation bad. I asked for a refund due to black mould all over the room which made me ill. There were also stains on my sheets. I could tell the shower hadn’t been cleaned either

Disliked: Smell, not clean

Liked: Booked through booking, got to the hotel, was told it was full at 8pm:( booking also said they never received my customer support message, so had to find new accommodation late at night myself

Disliked: The first room I was given was extremely dirty. Reception moved me to another room, but it also had mold inside the refrigerator, insects, a very dirty air conditioner, dirty walls and bed linen, damaged flooring, and broken furniture. I reported the problems immediately and requested to shorten my stay that same day. However, the hotel did not respond for several hours and later refused a refund, citing Booking.com commission. Booking.com support also responded very slowly, so I had to stay longer than planned. Only after numerous messages and photo evidence did the hotel agree to refund one unused night, but no compensation was offered for the ruined stay and time wasted. I do not recommend this hotel.

Disliked: cannot sleep cos of flow from the air conditioner

Liked: good location, friendly staff, good mattress on bed, I sleept well.

Disliked: dust in the corners, furniture is old. air conditioner is dirty
