Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo

1 and 2 bedrooms are convenient for families. Location is so so the taxis have hard time finding the entrance. Staffs are attentive.

Liked: Great Location, clean and The staff were very friendly and courteous.

Great location the staff are fantastic very nice suite room upgrade

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the studio was very clean and has a good size for Tokyo standards. Would return to this hotel.

Liked: It was a beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.

Disliked: The entrance can be hard to find at ground level - it is much better when taxi drops you off in B2!

Liked: Modern rooms, some with city views, some with washer-dryer. Exceptionally clean, great beds, excellent, helpful staff. Also, if you get a room with a separate shower from the bathtub, it is the best shower in the world! Convenient location with lots of shops, restaurants, the subway and the central train station all accessible underground a few minutes walk away. The Imperial Palace gardens are a couple of blocks away for a morning run.

Disliked: I stayed a total of eight days in three different rooms and I liked everything about it

Just a wonderful hotel all around. Stayed in Deluxe studio for 5 nights. Rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. Amenities are top notch and are in keeping with the expectations of a luxury hotel. Pool is a lap pool and not really ment for kids. Staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We ended up staying longer due to an Airline strike and the staff was wonderful and very helpful in accommodating our day-by-day stay and last minute departure. Hotel is located close to the train station and Imperal Palace. It's a business neighborhood, so some of the restaurants in the area close down earlier than in other parts of the city.

Great stay.
