Ascott Sudirman Jakarta

The location was incredibly convenient, complemented by spotless cleanliness and attentive staff who made the experience seamless. Facilities were well-maintained and added great value, making the overall stay enjoyable and worthwhile.

One thing I would like to highlight is the outstanding staff hospitality. From a smooth check-in to the helpful and friendly service from Oscar, we felt truly welcomed to Jakarta. It was a long overdue break from work for our family. The staff shared great recommendations on the best places to visit, and overall, we can't wait to come back to Ascott and Jakarta. From the food to the coffee culture and the people, we wished we had stayed longer. The room was spotlessly clean and to my delight, we were upgraded to the family suite — the city view at night was incredible. Thank you, Jakarta!
