Banyan Tree AlUla never fails to amaze me. Going for the 2nd time around, they are still consistent in what they do. Total guest satisfaction! We were upgraded to a villa with pool, thanks Mr Abdulaziz. The restaurant team did an astonishing service and hospitality, Niko and La Michelle in particular. Antonio also helps us around the hotel. Kudos everyone👏🏻🙏🏻
