“Best..”

My first time in bandung and I would say the hotel impresses me a lot. From outside you may see looks like a budget kind. But when I enter the place is wow... Seems like 5 stars or more. The breakfast spread was awesome. Variety of dishes serves everyday. I would recommend for couple though. Plus across the street have snack stalls to takeaway.

“Bad experience”

Booked on Friday with a rate of 930k for a Superior room and requested a big bed through the app because you can choose the bed type. At check-in they said there were no big beds left — okay, maybe they were really fully booked. But it was strange: when I went to the parking lot it wasn’t full, there were only a few cars. Breakfast was also quiet, not busy at all, and for a hotel of Aston’s caliber the food portions were tiny and not tasty. The TV didn’t work at all — supposedly under repair. How can it still be broken the next day? What are guests supposed to watch if the TV is just like static? If I stayed at an Oyo-level hotel for around 200k I’d accept a crappy TV, but this is 900k in 2026 and the TV is still garbage. I won’t stay here again — super disappointed.

“Family Friendly, Good location”

Liked: The Location Cihampelas is a center of city, near with Dago, Riau, Braga, mangkok manis, Cihampelas walk, PVJ, Rumah Mode, etc Right next to the hotel there’s restaurant & convenient store. Buy food online also very easy and have variety choices. Breakfast western and indonesian food Our room at 6th floor, 602, right in front swimming pool, Sauna and Gym.

Disliked: Because is one way.
