“My personal best buy in Cebu City.”

The staff here is great. I request specific rooms and they give it to me every time. Clean, affordable, great buffet, friendly staff and reliable.I like to walk the mall at Ayala and they are centrally located. I have stayed here quite a few times. I was only disappointed during covid, otherwise I give the Quest an A+
