“Great Stay”
Convenient, clean and great location

“Poor Managment and orientation.”
Liked: The internet never worked well throughout the stay. I had to find an alternate hotel and checked out early. They assured be that my refund would be processed but has not.
Disliked: WiFi. Mosquitos everywhere. Bad smell at entrance. Coffee often not set up with no reason. Daily maid service cam three times only when I requested.

“Excellent”
Liked: The stay was perfect. In walking distance to the beach. The room was danty. Very clean.
Disliked: Couldn't check in early.

“Lovely hotel next to the beach”
Cute little boutique hotel a stone’s throw from the beach. Ideal spot for us during a 24hr layover in San Juan. Was great to be able to relax in the air conditioned room after swimming in the sea!

“Pools always clean staff is very friendly”

Disliked: Just needa a little upgrade. Better lounge. Chairs to tan better.. IT only had sit up chairs

“Sweet and Confy”
Liked: Is very nice, clean, beautiful, very familiar as it is a family that runs it They were the kindest, we arrived really tired and they gave us a room update for us to have more space and rest and everything was just great Next to the beach, nice cheap places to eat around and close enough to the old town and the airport

“first time there and I felt that it was a great experience.”
Liked: I enjoyed this set up on the property and the pool and a quietness and the offers they had for food and businesses nearby.
Disliked: Not having more time to spend there.

“Don’t waist your money”
Worst place to have a hotel, there is no parking and had to park about 5 blocks away, no curtains on the restroom windows and the blinds have about a 3 inch gap between them all, no privacy at all. The room was all outside tiles and there was no TV remote
