I booked a room through the app, but when I checked in, I was given a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned, the air conditioning was leaking, there was no soap, no towels, and no TV. It was as dirty as a warehouse. Is there any intention to provide a room or not? If not, then don’t offer it in the app.
Not appropriate, at check-in I was asked for an extra payment of 100,000 from the Agoda price because it was the weekend, even though Agoda had already provided the final price. This is a scam.
Be careful for those staying at this place, the price suddenly differs from the application, and the receptionist asks for more money with an unreasonable reason, and the receptionist is not friendly.

Not as shown in the picture, the room has mold and a damp, unpleasant smell, and the shower is broken. If you book through Agoda, they charge 100k when you arrive; if you don't pay, you get that bad room.
Bad hotel, initially priced around 100,000 IDR but then forced to add another 100,000 IDR, the staff is irresponsible with the refund system!
