Liked: The location is perfect. The transportation arranged by the property was phenomenal. Extremely professional.

Disliked: Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately very disappointing, and there were several issues that left us extremely uncomfortable. On our first evening, we returned to the apartment after dinner and discovered that our luggage had clearly been gone through. Our bags had been left in disarray and were not as we had left them. Fortunately, nothing was taken, as we had not left anything of significant value in the apartment. However, finding our personal belongings disturbed was extremely unsettling and raised serious concerns about the security and privacy of the property. I contacted the owner immediately to report what had happened. Their initial response was, “I am surprised.” They explained that they were out of town and would not be returning to Athens until Saturday. They did offer us a full refund if we chose to leave the property, which I appreciated. However, by that point it was after 10:00 p.m., and we were traveling during the busy summer season. I did not want to take the chance of leaving the apartment late at night without knowing whether we would be able to find suitable accommodations elsewhere, so we made the decision to stay. What concerned me most was the lack of follow-up afterward. Despite the seriousness of the situation, I never heard from the owner again regarding the incident. I ultimately had to contact them myself at the end of our stay simply to ask where we should leave the key at checkout. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. The bathroom did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. There were empty shampoo and conditioner bottles from previous guests left on the shower floor, and the shower itself did not appear clean. As a travel professional, I cannot recommend this property to my clients based on our experience, and I would not stay here again.

Disliked: It took some time to open the security key box and there is only a bathroom and toilet from the bedroom

Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Wohnung und haben die superzentrale Lage geschätzt und dass man trotzdem keinen Partylärm hat. Das Schlafzimmer geht allerdings auf einen Innenhof mit einem ziemlich lauten Gebläse o.ä. Die Kücheneinrichtung kann ich nicht wirklich einschätzen, da wir nicht gekocht haben, aber sie erschien mir recht spartanisch. Einchecken mit Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert. Kein cooler Blick aus den Fenstern aber viel mehr Platz als in einem Hotelzimmer. Wir waren voll zufrieden.

Place is very spacious for 2. We only stayed for 1 night but definitely a comfortable stay. Place was clean and easy to find. 9 mins walk to syntagma station.

Liked: Great location in Plaka district, so close to many bars and restaurants, with local market close by and a great breakfast spot called Greco's Project just around the corner. Changing of the Guard in front of the Hellenic Parliament is literally a 5 minute walk. Athens is so easy to get around. Spacious apartment, even though the bathroom is super tiny, but the water flow is good. Lovely host. Thank you!

Liked: Cozy, great location, good space and storage.

Disliked: The couch is hard and thin, only suitable for children to sleep. The other bed was great. Because the apartment is in such a great location, there was street noise at night.

Liked: The host sent a step by step self check in instruction which was very helpful. The location was close to The Plaka.
