Liked: Excellent location in Fira with superb scenery from the hotel. Very attentive and helpful staff to our every needs allowing us to have such a wonderful stay.

Disliked: None

Stayed here for 3 nights Night 1: junior suite Night 2 and 3: grand cave suite with indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Location: best location in my opinion in Fira with solid caldera views and sunset views. Not far from main centre. Staff: Staff is very accommodating and also helps with luggage during check in and checkout considering steep inclines. Value for Money: Rooms are on the higher side but it is worth it.

The staff from the front desk are very friendly. They led me through the start in an unfamiliar place with very kind responses, making it easy. The accommodation is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. It is a place that matches the price.

It was the best location. It's a bit of a walk from where the car can reach, but the staff carried our luggage in advance. The room feels like it’s inside a cave, but it is clean. Right in front of the room is a private terrace with a stunning view. They also delivered breakfast.

Liked: Great service, very well located and beautiful setting.

Disliked: Steps...but that is Santorini!

Liked: Well kept honeymoon suites, great bar view.

Disliked: The location. We found Imerovigli to be a better location in general with better options. Also the honeymoon suites vary a lot and ones can get a better and bigger pool which feels unfair. They know that honey served with breakfast, which is served in your own terrace, attracts bees, and many die drowned in it once people finish and leave it unattended, the hotel should provide a little note asking guests to cover the honey or bring it in a jar because it is very distressing to see so many bees dead at the table, especially after we know they are a keystone species that needs to be protected. It seemed they don’t care and I cannot stand hotels which are not environmentally responsible.

The view is amazing, staff are so accommodating, the room was spacious and modern and the food is great. I couldn't recommend this place more. The highlight of my trip!
