“Above average”

Updated English Review: I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel as basic amenities were lacking. The air conditioning in the room was not cold, and the TV was completely unusable. On top of that, no drinking water was provided, and basic items like disposable toothbrushes were missing. To make matters worse, they charge a steep RM50 fee just for requesting a extra room card. Overall, the experience fell short of standard hospitality expectations and I would not recommend staying here.
