Atro Hotel

Very bad

虽然入住的时候遇到点困难但是工作人员都非常热情友好 酒店地理位置也很棒

It was clean and the staff is friendly and the rooms look beautiful. Ac didn’t work at that time when transitioning from cold ac to hot ac idk about the details. The rest was good and bed was comfy

the hotel staff is very friendly. but the hotel rooms are terribly dirty, the lights do not work in the room, in the bathroom, the smell of the sewage system is felt in the room as well as in the bathroom. the carpet looks like it has never been vacuumed if you can avoid this hotel

Staff are friendly, management are allow us early check in, also provide us complimentary breakfast which does not show while booking.

We didn’t like the place, first because it’s not like the photos and then they didn’t deliver us hairdryer even we asked several times, they deliver room with 1hr delay and also room was not completely clean and domestos smell everywhere

I found many insects inside my room with leftover smoke on the table. In spite of telling them to clean it, they ignored my demand.

Hotel and room looked very attractive in pictures of hotel application but real experience was very disappointing. Room service was pathetic, stayed for 5 days but it was never cleaned even once despite several reminders. Basic room amenities were not provided. Room was smelly and ceiling was broken on couple of places. I would never stay here again.
