Liked: * Great location - close to Palma - easy to combine relaxing holidays with some cultural and social activities in the city. The comments from others, regarding the noise from the party streets, got us worried, but it did not bother us at all. * Nice garage and access to it. * Hotel is clean, beds comfortable (there is even pillow menu from which you can choose), breakfast and dinner are very good and worth it. * Outside gym section is a bonus (for street workout or workout with free weights). * We got served fresh fruit at the swimming pool for free between breakfast and lunchtime.

Disliked: * The transparent barrier between the room and toilet is not good idea. Even the curtain, which is already there is not properly selected. * Please improve sauna - no option to increase humidity and temperature

Liked: My partner and I stayed at the property for a long weekend from the 17th to the 21st of September. We had an early morning check-in that was delayed, so we didn't arrive until 2 AM. We were greeted by Andres, who was delightful, informative, and made check-in a breeze (thank you)—exactly what you need at 2 AM.The hotel was spotless, with modern decor and an impressive entry/reception area. There are two parts to the hotel that have very different looks and designs, both of which are fantastic.We were shown to our room and the aircon was on (a great touch). We were surprised by the space of not just the room, but the balcony as well (we did get a Junior suite, so I can't comment on the standard double rooms). The rooms had a very modern, premium design and the beds were super comfortable. Make sure you request a double bed, as, like in most Spanish hotels, they provide two single beds pushed together (maybe the only thing I would like to see changed, as we booked a double room). The bathroom was spacious and had a massive walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and cleaning amenities.As mentioned, the balcony was massive and wide, providing plenty of space to relax and take in the sun. We had a poolside view.Breakfast was impressive, with lots of choice and plenty of space. The food was of high quality, the coffee was a 7/10, and they also served Cava. We also got to sample breakfast in the other part of the hotel (our breakfast area covered the Park section; I think the other breakfast area was for the Tower). The Tower area even had oysters!A top tip is to check out the rooftop bar to watch the sunset—it is amazing and the views are spectacular. Make sure you get there a bit before sunset, as the best seats will be taken. You also get a welcome drink in the Tower for checking in.The pools were clean and featured a DJ playing relaxed house/dance music. There is a QR code to scan to order drinks, and you are never waiting too long for them to arrive.

Disliked: The are is like a mini Germany, it is a german hub, not a massive issue it was fun to see everyone enjoying themselves but just take note as it is a bit rowdy (not violent, just load.....and cright lol). Didnt get a double bed.

Liked: Great customer service

Liked: This is such a great hotel. The friendliest reception staff. Could not have been more welcoming. Rooms were excellent, facilities like the pool and spa really good as well.

Disliked: Everything was great

Liked: The service and staff were absolutely outstanding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The housekeeping was excellent — our room was always clean and well maintained. The food was amazing, with a huge variety of options at breakfast. There was something for everyone. The hotel has four swimming pools, and there were always enough sun beds for everyone, which was a big plus. The rooms also had very good soundproofing, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. The location is excellent — just a five-minute walk to the sea.

Disliked: Everything was wonderful overall. Our only comment would be about the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to order cocktails directly at the bar and we had to wait for a waiter. We waited for quite some time but unfortunately no one came. It seemed that there was only one waiter working and they simply couldn’t keep up with the number of guests.

Liked: We had a nice stay overall, but to be honest, it didn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel. The service was good in general, but the room was quite small. The fitness area was also a bit disappointing, with limited equipment and quite a few things missing. The area around the hotel is also very touristy, busy and quite noisy, so don’t expect a particularly peaceful atmosphere once you step outside. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and the experience was good, but there are quite a few things that need improvement before I would personally call this a true 5-star experience.

Disliked: The food could also be better, especially the snacks and the lunch restaurant. Nothing terrible, but definitely below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. What bothered us the most was the lack of supervision in the fitness and wellness areas. You expect these spaces in a 5-star hotel to be quiet and relaxing, but there were several very young children around, including kids of about 6 years old in the fitness area. We even saw someone coming into the sauna area with a child of around 2 years old. It really takes away from the relaxing atmosphere you would expect from this type of hotel.
