“Not hospitable staff”
General no is answer for any request ranging from toiletries, glasses cutlery, food warming etc. Food obviously is tasteless and blandly under cooked. Courtesy and helpfulness is below hospitality standard. Even hotel coach seats were not checked bookes while the seats could be seen vacant. Bad hotel experience in quite a while.

“Awful support bt staff”
No seems to be standard reply of any request that one could ask for starting from toiletries to simple food warming. Even glasses for water and drinks are not provided. Water gets charged beyond a litre. General disposition of staff with one or two exceptions is below par of hospitality.

“Perfect for a visit to Disneyland”
We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the shuttle to and from Disneyland, (but also the Kowloon Station and Tung Ching Shuttle). It felt a bit like an otherworldly experience at Discovery Bay, but the room was spacious, well equipped, good pool and excellent team. We will definitely come back!

“Reasonable price and shuttle to Disneyland”
Room was spacious and clean with a bath tub. 7 eleven just downstairs. Had shuttle bus to Disneyland so convenient for my day trip to Disneyland, not much food options in that area

“Recommended for families with children, close to Disney.”
This was my fifth time in Hong Kong, and this trip was Disney-focused. I chose this hotel because it’s close to the airport (20 minutes by taxi) and about 15 minutes by taxi from Disneyland. It’s probably not suitable for sightseeing in the city center, but if your plan is 1–2 days at Disney plus one day of city sightseeing, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a safe area where many expatriates live, and taxis are checked at the gate. I think it’s a reassuring neighborhood for families and young women travelers. On the downside, most shops close after 10 PM and the convenience store is only open until 11 PM, so your options for dining late at night are limited. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs. If you can book when the nightly rate is around *** per night, it might be the cheapest option. Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk (adult HK$150, child HK$80). It’s not luxurious, but there are various items available, so it could be good for people who want to have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. On the second morning I looked for a café, but instead I went out of the hotel, turned right immediately, and found a supermarket on the left. The attached bakery opens at 8 AM, so I bought coffee, danish, and egg tarts there and ate them in the room. After returning from Disney we also ate at the Korean and Thai restaurants in front of that supermarket — both were delicious. The Thai restaurant was open until 10 PM, so it was a relief to be able to get hot food. There’s also a shuttle to Disney: two departures in the morning and two return trips (19:40, 20:40) — advance reservation required. The frequency isn’t high, and there are also services to Tung Chung and Airport Terminal 2, but the bus from the stop right in front of the hotel seemed convenient. You can take a bus to Sunny Bay and transfer to the train to get to Disney, and a taxi was about HK$150. From the bus stop in front of the convenience store you can take a bus to DB Plaza, then the ferry from the pier to Central takes 25 minutes (adult HK$55), so you can do city sightseeing that way. On my departure day I had a late-night flight and the front desk held my luggage until about 9 PM. I wanted to take a shower, but using the pool or showers after checkout was not allowed. Disney hotels allow shower, pool, and spa use after checkout, so if you have a late-night flight it might be better to book a Disney hotel. (The spa is at the Disneyland Hotel but it’s currently under renovation and not available.) I had planned to use an airport lounge and used the lounge shower, but there was a one-hour wait. I really wish something could be done about the shower situation for late-night departures. It would be nice if this hotel offered paid post-checkout shower use. Overall I was very satisfied. I would probably stay here again if the rate were within about *** per night. The welcome tea at check-in was refreshingly flavored, served cold and very tasty. I don’t recall it being available last time, but the in-room slippers were fluffy and nice. I do wish the shuttle bus service ran more often—at least once an hour. Increasing shuttles to the nearest stations, Sunny Bay or Tung Chung, might attract more guests.
