Liked: The apartment itself is completely renovated, clean, comfortable double bed and it was quiet in general. The responsiveness and kindness of the landlord.

Disliked: The location itself, old buildings you can hear the sounds of between the walls. A microwave in the apartment and a regular chair to seat will be very helpful.

Liked: Nice location and very corporate staff

Disliked: Limited parking

Liked: Great space for a traditional European style apartment. Kitchen was great and nice to have a washing machine. Good value for the money, apartment was spacious. Mark was also very helpful.

Disliked: The heat takes a while to warm up the apartment so checking in later in the day my first night was colder than desired but not terrible.. The neighborhood isnt the best but it is safe. There was some trash in the bathroom when I arrived.

Liked: The location of the place was good, close to a tram and easy to move around Vienna. The instructions for checking in were clear and worked.

Disliked: At some point we found it a bit cold in the apartment, and the host responded several times with that it's 22 c even when asked if there was something we could do, but there were no further check-ups. There was one half-used toilet roll of toilet paper and we stayed for four days, it did not last and asking if there is additional toilet rolls was met with negative attitude, though at the facility information it indicates there should be additional toilet rolls but that was not our experience and the owner mentioned this is a vacation apartment and basics are provided, which I would not consider one roll to be basics. The additional problem stems from the fact that I was informed early check-in starts from 39 euro, but at a later time I was charged 49 euro, which I understand the price can fluctuate as I asked the same day but no further information to what those charges are for, there was request to pay tax to the city of Vienna. Our total cost for the stay was 384.45 euro from booking.com, the property charged an additional 82.6 euro, where 49 euro was for early check-in charge applied and the 33.6 euro was 4.2 euro per night for the tourist tax, Upon further research as the owner did not want to give me a detailed invoice and has stopped responding and said he would supply it. In addition there was supposedly a guest sheet to be signed that was not in the apartment most likely for the tourist tax, the owner said he would do it himself for us when it was not found, but as for what this contained I am unsure. Yet to this day the owner has not supplied us a detailed invoice as to what this charge contains or how it was calculated which was the only thing I asked for, and we got ghosted pretty much after we checked out and any tax questions were avoided. Booking resolved the issue for us when the host did not want to.

Liked: Very luxurious and big place.

Disliked: Does not have AC. Also there were some spots that were not completely cleaned.

Liked: kitchen, internet and TV, hot water.

Disliked: Very high bed. No regular chairs, only 2 bar chairs. No table or chair. You can only sit on the bed. Water was leaking from the air conditioner. We had to wait for the technician, he came at a different time than promised. We wasted time. There are steep steps at the entrance to the building, it is difficult to carry suitcases.

Liked: The big size of the apartment. the tv and soundbar, really liked. Coffee machine and coffee a small booklet of tourist attractions is available at the location. separated toilet and shower

Disliked: The photos give an idea of a luxurious apartment, but this is just looking good on images. There is nothing luxurious about this apartment. it is misleading and i did not like that fact at all. It is a nice apartment though. No airco. Unfortunately and surprisingly the temp was 30 degrees outside on my visiting dates. Check in is at 15:00 and checkout is at 10:00. A terrible combination that is being used by the owner to ask for additional fee for early checking in or late checkout. checking in at 12 will cost you about 49 Euros, regardless of if any efforts were made for you. This is why i DO NOT recommend this location. They don't give you the access codes to the apartment until about 30 min before check-in, something that forces you to be in touch with them prior to check-in. Local tax unit was raiding the place early in the morning in relation with tax payments. The owner did not bother to apologize for that unpleasant event instead suggested they were just spying on the place, although its images are widely published. I also doubt there is any Sophie there, i was talking to a Mark and the overall feeling was there something wrong with this place.

Liked: The interior design is tasteful, exactly meets my expectations. Everything is clean and works normally.
