Avissa Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Avissa Suites from Friday to Sunday and were extremely satisfied with our overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for our family. One of the biggest advantages is its strategic location, with easy access to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Kuningan City Mall, and Ambassador Mall. There are also plenty of culinary options, restaurants, and places to eat within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. The food at the hotel was okay, but everything else exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back on our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Saya memilih hotel ini untuk tempat saya beristirahat saat berkegiatan nonton konser di Balai Kartini. Saya menginap 2 malam dan selama saya nginap, saya sangat puas dengan pelayanan para staff hotel. Salah satu keunggulan hotel ini, di sebrang hotel ada circle K, kadang-kadang ada taksi juga mangkal di depan hotel.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement I had a pleasant stay at Avissa Suites Jakarta. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was also convenient for getting around Jakarta, with restaurants and amenities nearby. One area that could use some improvement is the bathroom. It looks quite dated and would benefit from renovation and a more thorough deep cleaning, as some parts appeared a little old and less clean than the rest of the room. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and appreciated the hospitality. With some improvements to the bathrooms, I believe the hotel could provide an even better experience for guests.

Liked: It was close to a few malls and a delicious coffee shop called “Fillmore”, I highly recommend it. Overall, the staff were great and kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

Disliked: I only wished it had more gym equipment. I mainly booked this place because it looked like it had a decent size gym. Other than that, it was great!

Liked: The hotel is centrally located. There is a 24/7 Circle K right opposite. The staff is friendly and super nice. One of them even paid cash to the taxi driver on my behalf since I didn't carry cash! I paid him back later, of course. The breakfast is sumptuous, although a bit repetitive, but that's understandable since we stayed for a week or so. The swimming pool is almost always empty; the gym is good too. Their restaurant service is really good. Many local choices of food. The rooms are clean, quiet, large and the view of the skyline is clear.

Disliked: Maybe offer more Western breakfast options to break the monotony.
