“Extremely Poor Hygiene and Unacceptable Conditions”
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The most serious issue was the presence of cockroaches, especially at night. It made staying there extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. During the daytime, there were also many small insects all over the room. The air conditioning and heating system did not work at all, which made the room conditions even worse. On top of that, the bathroom was in terrible condition—very dirty and poorly maintained. The only positive point was that the reception staff could speak English, which made communication easier. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to its poor cleanliness and lack of basic facilities.

“Good location, needs renovation”
Liked: The price of this hotel and its location are very good. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has excellent food. Don't miss it!
Disliked: The hotel needs renovation. At the very least, the bathroom faucets in the rooms should be replaced

“Price was quite reasonable”
It’s not 4 star hotel but it can be 1 start or 2 star but price is cheap and have 3 bed for one person. Ac is making huge sound, no door lock from inside kettle was not clean bed sheet also not find clean

“The worst mistake that will ruin your vacation”
Disliked: This hotel is a scam. The whole hotel and all the rooms smell like smoke. The rooms are dirty and the staff are the worst. The general manager Fatih and the receptionist Ahmet are unprofessional and dishonest. Booking at this hotel was a big mistake. I had a 12 nights reservation but I checked out the next day. Don't do my mistake, you will regret it....!

“Dirty Toilet”
I arrived at 11 am. I was told to wait for check in after 12 for room availability and routine cleaning process after previous residents. I went through the day and came back at 6 pm. I found the toilet of the room very dirty! The sink and the toilet seat has brown stains that I could easily remove with a tissue and a hand soap. Also, the floor matt was brownish instead of white. I went down straightaway to reception, handed over the keys and informed them that the toilet is unacceptably dirty, and had to leave to finish my personal issues. Came back at around 9 pm to find everything still the same I took my baggage and I moved to another hotel nearby.
