“Acceptable”

Liked: the staff were amazing. Fernando at the front desk is an all star. so pleasant and competent. the breakfast was really good. the location is perfect for plaza major, the key museums, retiro park. inside the courtyard the rooms were quiet from street noise.

Disliked: omfg. the room was terrible. the bathroom was not a private room. whomever you shared the room with either had to leave or listen to all the business going on. sorry...but if I have to #2 the last thing I want is for it to be on display. Will never. ever. ever. come to this property again. the maid started at 8am and was the only real noise complaint...but it not minor noise. once she started we were awake. again the room...or the twin peaks suite as we called it...was just terrible. leaking plumbing...I mean if your into bathroom kink then this is great...otherwise its all shame on display. mortified. most of the pictures make it loo private...dont be fooled. so if you were in prison...then this is a nicer version of bathroom time. if you are civilized and have any decency then choose another hotel. omfg. omfg. never. ever. ever.

“Worth the stay for the vibes”

Liked: The location is great! 10-15 min walk to most major sites. Not too far from the gay bar area. The pool deck is big and refreshing on a hot day. The decor is cute and the shower is amazing and good ac. The guests are looking to be social as well!

Disliked: Not a ton of restaurants nearby. You definitely have to walk and search for places to eat. The lifts are small but fast.

“Great location”

Liked: It was located at a great area, close to restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. Pool was a nice addition.

Disliked: It was priced high. Rooms were just ok. I could hear people talk from the lobby, it was echoing.
