“You get what you paid for”

Considering its price, the place is decent. Pros: The staff/owner was approachable and the food is available. (They can cook it for you - menu provided). Location wise, it's near a shopping mall and some tourist spots in the area. Comments: If you're looking for a hotel like top tier amenities and services, this place is not for you. If you need a decent place to sleep, and bath for a reasonable price then this place is recommended.

“Suggestion for Improvement”

The host listed kitchen amenities for guests to cook their own food, but upon arrival, the staff informed us that the gas range was not available for guest use. When we requested access since we had brought groceries to save on dining costs, we were told there would be a ₱200 daily charge for using the gas range. This should have been clearly stated in the listing, as many guests consider kitchen facilities a top priority when choosing accommodations. Additionally, we noticed crawling cockroaches coming from the drainage and detected a faint odor of roaches in the linens. Sanitation, particularly plumbing conditions, should be reviewed to ensure guest health and safety.
