Liked: The view from the balcony is great and indoor jacuzzi is amazing. Lots of good selections for both breakfast and dinner. The paella is particularly good, however only served one of the nights during my stay. I guess they changed the menu every day. The charros for breakfast is extremely crispy and tasty, which are better than the ordinary ones that sale at shops or market.

Disliked: Sound proof is very average

Disliked: That it 40 years since visiting this hotel and not alot as changed

Liked: The room was comfortable and private. The service was good and the staff was nice.

Liked: Property was in a good location, not too close to the hussle and bustle but not too far away either.

Disliked: Aircon - terrible, sounded like a tractor while it was on, and when it was on, it may as well have been a portable fan. Bring your ear buds, wales are paper thin, the door to the room is paper thin, my room was next to the elevator as such, I could hear every tom dick and Harry coming home. Even though there’s posters asking people to be quiet. Housekeeping like to be in early, so bare this in mind with a do not disturb sign…and I’m talking 8am early. No fridge in the room for us half board if we wanted to keep bottled water cold. Buffer was like bland with very German items on the menu.

Liked: The place was clean. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. There was always something to eat. The pool door stayed locked until the pool was open so people couldn't reserve sunbeds and walk off.

Disliked: There seem to be queues where ever you went and soke of the staff looked tired but its was the end of August. The bar closed at 11pm should be later.

Liked: The hotel was clean and well run.

Disliked: Air conditioning in the main building dreadful but in Bahamas 11 it was good (late check out room).

Disliked: The queues for drinks at times, especially in evening.
