B House Chiangmai Hotel

The staff at B House make you feel welcome. Beds were pretty comfortable. The best thing in my opinion was the water cooler. B House provided 2 water bottles for our room, and we were able to refill them with the cooler throughout the stay. the staff here are very kind and helpful. The location is good if you’re looking for a more quiet area of old city. Close to an awesome Muay Thai gym which we loved.

centrally located this place is silent quiet and cozy! i came with lots of bags and the staff helped so much also has activity and tours for a more affordable rate. the coffee downstairs is amazing

Very nice location near to a temple, coffee shops and 7/11! There’s is also a coffee shop inside the hotel.

The room is very spacious. There’s a TV but it uses an older connection so you can’t connect to Wi‑Fi. There’s a refrigerator and the air conditioning is cold. Amenities are complete, the mattress is soft and the bed is wide. However, all the lights are orange-toned except for the bathroom light, so anyone who wants to do makeup may find it difficult. The walls are thin — you can hear people driving by or using the stairs. There’s no deposit for the room key, but if you lose it you have to pay 500. At checkout you just leave the key and go; they don’t do an additional room inspection.

Its more for a stay if budget is an issue, apart from that rooms are not that good at all and have no windows, neither the staff are warm or welcoming. Have not taken any photos as it would be just a waste of my phone space...

I had a very frustrating experience at this property and cannot recommend staying here. First and foremost, there were serious cleanliness issues—I found cockroaches in my room during my stay. On top of that, the power to the refrigerator is tied to the room key/main switch, meaning every time you leave the room, the fridge shuts off. This completely defeats the purpose of having a fridge, as anything left inside spoils or gets warm while you're out. To make matters worse, the front desk was consistently unstaffed. Most of the time when I needed assistance or had questions, there was nobody around to help. Between the pest issues, poor room setup, and lack of basic service, this stay was a major disappointment. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.v

The room was OK, very spacious. The shower had strong water pressure, which I liked, but the faucet flow was a bit weak. I booked two rooms with the same single beds, but the room sizes were different — one was quite narrow and the other was fairly large. There is no car parking, only a very small number of motorcycle spaces, and the hotel has no elevator so you have to use the stairs. The ground floor of the hotel is a café, so it's more suitable for people who like to walk around and go out. Overall it was fine — good for guests who aren’t bothered by having to use the stairs.
