B2 Surat Grand Boutique Hotel

The new accommodation is so new that you can still smell the paint. We stayed in two rooms; the first one was normally clean except for the bathroom water not draining well. The other room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all; the floor was dusty and the headboard was dusty, as if no one had cleaned it. However, other things were very good: the mattress was nice, the blanket was soft, and the towels were new and clean. The room was beautiful, but the construction work might have been rushed and not perfectly finished. The design is nice and functional. There is a key card deposit of 500 baht per room that needs to be prepared in cash, which is refunded after check-out.

New accommodation, clean room, spacious inside, quiet, close to places where food can be easily found.

The room is not very soundproof, with sounds resembling children running from guests in the room directly above. The water drain in the shower area is slow. The environment around the hotel is still somewhat derelict. The parking space is quite limited. The room is fairly clean with no musty odor. The staff service is good, the TV is large, and the pillows are soft. The mattress and pillows are still new.

The hotel is clean, and the security staff is very helpful. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel. The room arrangement assistance was also good. However, there was one employee who didn't take customer feedback seriously and didn't address our concerns because we experienced an incident where the elevator door didn't close properly. When we reported it at the lobby, they said the elevator was functioning normally when it reached the first floor, but it wasn't normal during our incident... Overall, it was okay.

B2 is a great hotel. There is no luggage trolley at the hotel, that's the weak point.

The hotel is located in the city center but not deep inside, so it's not very crowded. The rooms are clean, new, air conditioning works well, and there is no smell of cigarettes. The hot water system works normally. The hotel provides bottled water and coffee every day. The staff and housekeepers are friendly and provide cheerful service. It is easy to travel to different places.

- The room is located next to the Roi Kao Hotel, in the next alley. - It is close to the Tha Koob intersection and very near Central; it takes less than 5 minutes to get there. Across the street from Lotus, it's convenient to get into the city, not more than 15 minutes. - The building of the hotel and the rooms have been newly renovated, clean, although the decoration in the lobby might not be much. - It feels like there might be dust mites in the room. At first, there were red spots on the shoulders, which I thought were mosquito bites from sitting elsewhere, but the next day, a member who slept in the adjacent bed also had red spots, and another friend who came to pick us up and sat to rest in the room also returned with red spots on their body. So I'm quite confident that it’s dust mites in the room. - Upon checking in, I examined the amenities and cleanliness. The bathroom sink had long hair in it, which I assumed belonged to a woman, but it wasn't cleaned up. The next day, I put up a sign for the maid to clean it. After returning from our outing, the hair was still in the same place.
