“1 week stay”

Extended a couple of days and paid cash. Last questioned they said I owed money. I had video of paying. Showed it to them no problems. If you pay cash take detailed video if you do not get official receipt. Very nice room. The owner is spending money to improve it, If you have own transportation it would be great. If not bolt worked good to get to places. 7-11 and big grocery store within 5 minute walk.

“It is a value-for-money accommodation with a convenient location near the road.”

It is a value-for-money accommodation with a convenient location near the main road and just a few dozen meters from a 7-11. There is ample parking and an elevator available. The condition of the room is acceptable.

“Room”

There is a kettle provided, but it hasn't been cleaned; I don't know how long it has been left unwashed. The lights in the room are not working. Overall, it's okay for this price. It's a 5-story building, and it's convenient to have an elevator; I got a room on the 3rd floor; otherwise, I would definitely have trouble with the stairs.

“Above average”

Room 307 creaks just from moving on the bed, like plywood on the bed below, making noise when getting up or shifting. It’s really annoying. The bathroom and TV are okay, and there’s just a 7-11 in front for convenience.

“Acceptable”

The place was 8 kilometres from the center of town away from transportation, beach, shopping area. My worst experience in Thailand, booked 3 days, left after a bad sleep, unsuitable mattress, smelly room, no hangers, no chair. The place should be condemned
