“Experience of stay and services”

The listing said there was a free airport shuttle, so I chose this place — but when I arrived there wasn’t one. They said the shuttle broke down!! The bathroom had no water flow. Fortunately a housekeeper — who seemed to do everything and fill every role — came and turned the water pump on. The bedroom wasn’t big, and the sheets and blanket weren’t very clean, though the photos made it look larger. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep before leaving for the islands early. Breakfast was just toast and a single fried egg. The accommodation is in a remote area of Phunphin, so you can’t walk anywhere or find food nearby. The hotel’s restaurant is available but only serves very simple dishes, like minced-pork omelette or pad see ew. Given the price, judge for yourself.

“Exceptional”

This hotel is located on the highway, and there aren’t any supermarkets or other shops nearby. However, if you’re looking for a hotel close to the airport, it’s very convenient, as it’s only about 10 minutes away from the airport.

“Clean and owner tries her best to make your stay comfortable, but basically you get what you pay for.”

Liked: Close to the airport. Clean. Water and coffee in room, although kettles are old are rusty so I didn’t dare use. Also A/C in room.

Disliked: Bed as hard as a rock. Very basic hotel. Basic breakfast. The owner made some eggs and toast and brought it out, attracting the flies instantly.

The staff were somewhat helpful but the overall cleanliness and facilities left much to be desired. The location was inconvenient, making it hard to get around and the value for money did not meet the expectations. While the property had some positives these were overshadowed by the lack of comfort and accessibility

Hotel is okay-ish for one night max if you want to stay somewhat near to the airport. However, currently there is no free shuttle whatsoever as the car is being repaired allegedly so keep that in mind!
