Staff was great and helpful food was great and the river side view was amazing. Fully relaxed environment. With birds and squirrels running around. The place was amazing. Thanks to the management for amazing experience.

It’s like a resort and very big. Our room is located in the other building and far from the reception but they provide the transfer. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices.

I appreciate your flexibility in accommodating sudden changes, but my child soiled the sheets and I was charged 250,000 MMK for one sheet. No matter how I think about it, it's an excessive charge, but since my departure time was approaching, I had no choice but to pay.

This is my first trip to Bagan after the earthquake for work. I stayed for two nights. There are ruins on the premises, and the staff was friendly, but if you bring your own beer to drink by the poolside, they charge a fee for it. I was a bit surprised by that. However, the sunset and the relaxed pace of time were very nice.

This place is well appointed, with a great view of the river. The staff were very kind and professional, and it was very clean. The cabin room can be on the small side for two people, but the outside veranda is nice.

【設備についての注意】 陶器のソープボトル: 滑りやすい浴槽内に割れやすい陶器のボトルが置かれています。私は誤って割ってしまい、48,000チャットの弁償を求められました。怪我のリスクがあるため取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。（なお、支払っても領収書等は一切発行されませんでした） 浴室の換気扇: 著しく音がうるさく、常時つけておくことができないレベルです。 【サービスについて】 スタッフは私語が多く、こちらが挨拶をしても無視されるなど、全体的によそよそしくフレンドリーとは言えない対応でした。現地の状況はある程度理解しているつもりですが、リゾートホテルとしての基本的な接客態度はもう少し改善してほしいと思います。

This hotel is simply magical. I stayed in a cabin with the river view. Everything was incredibly good, super high quality and the hotel area is indescribably beautiful with a direct access to Myanmar's most iconic river. The staff is a major highlight! I would especially like to mention Hla Win Ko, the kindest and sweetest hotel employee! I genuinely cannot wait to come back as soon as possible. Thank you!

Staying here was an unforgettable experience! The whole area and hotel’s territory is indescribably beautiful. The river view cabin was very spacious, gorgeous and comfortable. There was really nothing I could complain about. Staff are just so wonderful, sweet and caring! Cannot wait to be back, staying here was the highlight of my Myanmar trip!
