“Fantastic hotel krakow”

Just back from Krakow and stayed at the Balthazar hotel, what a fantastic hotel, the room and hotel was fantastic, friendly staff. The location was excellent for exploring all areas of Krakow, easy access to both the old town and Jewish quarter. If booking definitely book with breakfast, what a great breakfast and start to the day. Would definitely book this hotel when visiting Krakow and would recommend to anyone 👌

“4 Night Stay - would recommend 👌”

Liked: Very friendly staff, hotel room was very clean and well maintained during the stay. The restaurant associated with hotel (Fiorentina) had excellent food. Hotel is in great location from main square, 5-10min stroll. And literally around the corner from Wawel Castle and the Jewish quarter.

Disliked: Nothing to call out here.

“Would stay again. Great location, extremely comfortable and quality restaurant”

Liked: Great location. Quality decor and furnishings. Staff awesome.

Disliked: Very minor issue was that there wasn’t a full length mirror. Easily fixed.

“Great location, not as nice as expected”

They gave us a different room, albeit much bigger than what we reserved, but not as nice. And they denied the change to what we had payed and reserved. The carpet of the room was not very clean, the rest of the room was though. We ordered a box lunch for our early morning visit to Auschwitz and it was terrible, we threw most of it to the garbage. At the end they didn’t charge for it but we missed breakfast. Breakfast in their restaurant was nice. We requested a dinner reservation in their restaurant during breakfast, and the server confirmed it, but later on the reception staff rejected it and made no effort to accommodate. The location was unbeatable and the 3rd floor room was super quiet.
