“Pure Relaxation”

Liked: Location is a long drive south of the island of Cebu but once you arrive you will be warmly greeted and you will have a perfect base to explore the beautiful nature on your doorstep. Opening your front door and being greeted by the ocean which is a few steps away from the sea is pure paradise, perfect temp, perfect for a morning dip, this place is some kind of heaven and I will be back. Very reasonably priced too for literally on the waters edge.

Disliked: Being a hot county there is plenty of ants about but that is only a negative for myself leaving crumbs etc

“TERRIBLE”

I was able to secure my booking for this resort at about 3PM. Because we arrived late at about 9PM due to slight accident, our room was given to someone else because according to them the check in time is only until 8PM. But when we arrived, the resort is still open and the staff was there. They just freely given the booked room to someone else because we were unable to check in at 8PM. The staff Elisa doesn't even bother to help us find somewhere we can stay for the night knowing that we are not from the place. Luckily, by standers who are still awake at that time helped us find a place to stay for the night. I hope the staff can take themselves into the shoes of their customers so that they know how terrible it is when you are being denied of what you are supposed to get or at least help them ease what they are feeling by finding a win-win solution when in the first place it wasn't the customer 's fault.
