“Urgent - Room 9 Service Request and Staff Communication Feedback”

Dear Management, I am writing to request urgent attention to several issues within Room 9. Firstly, the pillows provided are too thin and uncomfortable. Secondly, the room currently smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Please arrange for a staff member to thoroughly air out the room and apply room freshener. Thirdly, the toilet floor needs immediate repair to ensure proper water drainage. Additionally, please arrange for chemical treatment of the water drain. Finally, I wish to provide feedback regarding your staff. While generally polite, I have encountered significant communication barriers as they appear unable to speak either Malay or English. I strongly recommend providing basic language training (English or Malay) to your staff to enhance guest communication and service quality. Thank you for your prompt attention to these matters.
