Bangkok City Link Hotel

The hotel is close to the Airport Rail Link, so getting around is convenient. There’s a 7‑Eleven next door. The rooms are compact but stayable, located near a busy road. The rooms are reasonably clean with a few insects, but the convenience of the location is the best part.

This stay was terrible — I do not recommend it at all. I arrived at night to check in, and the front desk staff were extremely rude, speaking impatiently the whole time. They gave perfunctory answers to a few questions and showed no sense of service. The check-in experience was very poor and ruined my mood as soon as I arrived. The room cleanliness after check-in was also disappointing; the room was quite messy. I pressed the room service/cleaning bell and waited a long time, but no housekeeping came. After waiting repeatedly there was still no response, so my request to have the room cleaned was completely ignored. When I contacted the front desk about this, I did not receive a proper response — only a cursory, dismissive reply. The room facilities were so-so, but the service level does not justify the price. Front desk service was neglectful and housekeeping response was effectively nonexistent. I paid to stay but did not receive basic service standards. Service and cleanliness are the most important things in lodging, and this hotel failed at both. Overall the experience was awful; I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it.

Great Location, mostly public transportation passby, clean and complete facility

Without checking with their own staff, they accused the customer paying the deposit less than what had actually paid. Although I was satisfied with facilities and areas, I totally believe the staffs should be trained as they seemed to be discriminative,unwelcoming, and not supportive but treating customers as if they’re our superiors

The staff charge me 200 for room deposit and only return 100 baht during check out. When I did the check out, it was during mid-night that I was so tired to check if they provided me receipt or not. Upon check out, I told the staff that I paid 200 and the staff rebutted me rudely by asking me that I should have had the receipt although I mentioned I didn’t get it upon check in. She kept accusing me that I didn’t pay 200 and ask me to bring witnesses. So I just told her to check the CCTV and the staff in charge.

Clean hotel, convenient location but slow service The hotel is clean and conveniently located, with public transportation within about a 5-minute walk. However, construction is still ongoing in the area, so the roads are uneven, with some holes and quite a lot of dust around. Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful and the service was quite slow. The check-in process took around 30 minutes because the staff were too slow. On the positive side, coffee is provided in the lobby, although it was not very hot. Pandan biscuits and pineapple biscuits were also provided, which was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel is clean and the location is convenient, but the ongoing construction and slow service could be improved.

Liked: Only the location was good, I had booked for 2 nights but checked out the very next morning

Disliked: Rooms were very small, no upgrade available suitable for single person only

The room was clean, with hot shower, the provided shampoo and shower gel were fragrant. It was also nice that a coffee machine was free to use.
