Bay Beach Resort Jomtien

บริการแย่มากค่ะ ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าไม่ครบถ้วน ทำให้เกิดการเข้าใจผิดในการจอง พนักงานก็ไม่ให้การช่วยเหลืออะไร

The overview is okay. The receptionist was just average, not too enthusiastic. When entering the hotel, they just looked on without helping with the luggage. The staff in the lobby were fine. The room was quite nicely decorated but a bit old with a lot of dust, as if the cleaning staff hadn’t wiped the various appliances. However, the water pressure was very strong, which I liked. The shower didn’t have a curtain, so water splashed everywhere in the room. The swimming pool was nice for kids to swim in and looked lush. Breakfast was diverse, with options both inside and outside. The resort is right on Jomtien Beach and close to the local fish market, making it convenient to walk around the market in the mornings.

My room was infested with bedbugs, the TV had a very poor reception

I had an average overall experience at Bay Beach Resort. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The rooms are on the small side, and even our sea-facing room didn’t offer a clear view because another hotel was directly in front. The resort is right by the beach, with just a road to cross to reach it, which is a definite plus. However, there are only a few restaurants nearby; most dining options seem to be farther away, toward the other side of town. Breakfast had limited choices, but what was available tasted good. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 4 out of 5 for the staff and stay, and 3 out of 5 for the location. The easy beach access is convenient, but the limited nearby restaurant options and obstructed sea view affected the experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Bay Beach Hotel Jomtien. The location was convenient for a beach getaway, and it was lovely to spend some time away from the busy city and enjoy the seaside atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their friendly attitude made the experience more pleasant. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The room is beachfront. The inside of the room is clean. I was able to relax very comfortably, even taking a bath. The shower was fine as well. One thing to mention is that the TV is old, so I couldn't watch Netflix or anything like that. Other than that, we spent a good time as a family without any issues.

We really liked the hotel. However when we try to check in EVEN after I showed them my booking I was told we have to wait.We had a long day as the condo we staying in was out of electricity. So then after I said that it was rectified. Room was beautiful nice and room service was amazing. We when to breakfast and we gave a room number to a person at the breakfast entrance. There where 2 memebers of the staff she ask for my room number. She said your room don’t came with breakfast I said ok just charge it to our room. She said NO! She said NO so Loud that I have to put her in her place. I said first like in ANY hotel we eat first then we pay for the meal. Not before not never. On the way out she asked me again to what I said I pay at the front desk. She didn’t apear to Like that. You could see hate coming out of this person eyes. And it’s said we been here 1 year and I never seen that from Any Thai person ever. She don’t belong there.

We appreciated the well maintained pool and facilities. Overall pleasant atmosphere with good access to other coffee shops etc. Breakfast was ok.
