“Poor”

The staff here are so lovely and friendly, the receptionist even walked me to the car as I left at 0400 as it was dark. This is where the positive comments end. There is so much potential here but everything needs modernising, from the carpets in the hall way to the taps on the bath. My room was filthy, hair everywhere including the toilet seat. The sheets on the bed were so thin you could see through to the mattress, the pillows were flat as pancakes. I wouldn’t have used the mugs left for tea/coffee if my life depended on it. I wouldn’t even unpack the tea bag. If you’re desperate it’s a means to an end but I wouldn’t recommend.

Liked: No breakfast available. When we booked we could have had breakfast.

Disliked: No kettle or crockery in room for tea making. Tea bags and coffee satchels were in the room!! No towels in room. We had to ask for them.w
