Disliked: Room stunk. TV didn't work - after 5 trips to te front desk, was given new room. Filthy floors. TV volume stuck on max. Tons of bugs. No hot water in shower. The advertised hot breakfast was a slice of white bread and a toaster. Overall - gross!

“Stay Away”

My room was very smoky even though I requested a non-smoking room. I was up all night congested and coughing. There was no trashcan and trash from the previous guest was still in the room. The floor was so dirty I did not feel comfortable being barefoot on the ground. I had booked 3 nights, and checked out after the first night, was told by the front desk attendent that I would be reimbursed for the next two nights, but then I still got texts two days later asking me to check out (which I had already done two days ago) and then got billed for the whole 3 days. The clerk had not checked me out after I returned my key and proceeded to charge me for all 3 days. Had straight up lied to me or was incompetent and did it incorrectly. Still have not been reimbursed.
