After a grueling 14-hour drive from Rapid City, South Dakota, my husband and I arrived at your front desk past 09:00 pm, exhausted and looking forward to resting. Unfortunately, our expectations and experience since arrival have been nothing short of unbearable; False Advertising & Misrepresentation: Your property is marked on Agoda as 3-star rated hotel. Presenting this establishment as a 3-star property constitutes false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and material misrepresentation under consumer protection laws. The actual physical state and lack of operational standards contradict every baseline criteria for this rating. Unacceptable Initial Room Condition: Upon entering the first assigned room, we found it dark, dilapidated, foul-smelling, and completely unfit for occupancy. It was so unsanitary that I could not even comfortably place my luggage down. Elevator issues and unprepared rooms: Due to a broken elevator, the front desk agent offered us a ground-floor room to avoid carrying our heavy bags up the stairs. However, when shown a renovated room, it was unclean and unprepared for a new guests - the bed was stripped of bed sheets and left in a messy state. Dirty/Unmaintained Alternate room: We were then placed in a double-bed room. Upon attempting to settle in, we noticed the beds and furnishings were visibly dirty and aged. Given our exhaustion, moving through three separate rooms just to find a clean, prepared bed late at night was completely unacceptable. We were eventually moved to a fourth room on the second floor. Defective Room Amenities & Safety issues: Even in this final room, the accommodations were severely lacking: Inoperable IN-room telephone: The landline telephone in the room is non-functional, leaving us without a direct way to contact front desk services ro request assistance in an emergency. Plumbing defect: The showerhead is defective; water trickles out like an open faucet rather than a functional shower spray, making the basic hygiene uncomfortable and difficult. Inadequate Lighting: The corner lamp stand was completely non-functional and the bedside lamp was fitted with harsh white lighting, making it difficult to rest. No TV service: The television is not connected to any signal or cable source, displaying “NO Signal” constantly. Excessive Incidental Deposit: Charging a 100 USD incidental deposit for a property in this severe state of disrepair is unjustified and inappropriate. Advertising this property as a 3-star hotel on Agoda is a CLEAR MISREPRESENTATION and FALSE ADVERTISING. The physical state of the building, lack of functional elevators, defective plumbing, non-working commmunication systems, dirty linens/furnishings, and unprepared rooms DO NOT constitute standard hotel operations.

Disliked: Elevator been broken over a year! Is there a city/county/state or franchise requirement for 3 story to have a elevator?? Had to drag heavy luggage to second floor. Hallway & rooms super dark, creepy/dingy!!! Nasty/sticky, filthy gross, stinking carpets!!

Disliked: It did not seem as clean as in the pictures, carpets were probably last cleaned long time ago. A small roach was even found dead near the AC.Pictures showed new rooms but they were a lot older. Would not qualify this as a 3 star hotel.

Liked: It was very quiet and the staff was good. Bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Disliked: The elevator was broken down, lobby area was small, bed was terrible, carpeting in the room needed to be replaced, and the lamps didn't match. Rooms need updating!

Disliked: The elevator was no working for 4 day we was there, the sit in the lobby and beds in room has cracked leather… and the carpet in the stairs and room looks dirty

Me & my brother went out and room service didnt check either of our rooms to see if we needed towels or clean it. The Elevator went out after we got there. We had to take out OUR TRASH! At the beginning of the year, I called before I booked and they said their pool was open and when I got there, they told me they didn’t have a pool. The breakfast was not the best.
