Disliked: The non smoking room smelled heavily of cigarettes

A clean, comfortable property in a convenient location with excellent value. The staff were welcoming, and the facilities and amenities added to a smooth stay. Wi-Fi worked well, the property was walkable, hot water was reliable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. Overall, everything was well kept and made for an easy, enjoyable visit.

Liked: Nice clean room. Accessible parking.

Disliked: The upstairs room was difficult for me to access.

Liked: Location was fine. Floor was clean in open areas. Poor lighting in comparison to other Wyndhams.

Disliked: The entrance rug to the motel was filthy in spite of staff efforts to clean it. Gave a very bad first impression. Breakfast not up to standards in other Wyndhams. Serving dish lids were previously melted and did not fit. Poor impression. Food served was ok. First morning, no meat. Empty area on steam container.

Liked: The room was clean and easy to get to with parking right outside the door. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and kind. We had a problem with a light plug near the bed and it was taken care of quickly.

Disliked: The breakfast was not good. Muffins were stale and the biscuits were hard. We skipped it the second day.

Liked: Price was good.

Disliked: Picture was deceiving. Never would have booked it if I knew it had room doors leading to outside. Had to sleep with a chair wedged under door handle. Room was smelly. Unable to use heat because when we turned it on it smelled like something was burning.

Liked: The staff is amazing. They are very friendly, caring and helpful. The breakfast was good. It is not elaborate, but enough to get the day started with basic offerings. Food was freshly made. The kitchen and seating area was clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms are clean. Connie is a very hard worker and will help when you need anything

Disliked: The property is older and seems like some renovations are been attempted, but not fully or professionally done. The lobby is professionally updated and very nice, but guests do not spend time there. The work in the rooms is sporadic and messy. Carpet in room and bathroom tile looks newer. Bathroom tile is very slippery when wet. Had towels covering floor to prevent slips and falls. The caulking in shower is badly done. It is cracked and pulled away. Water is most definitely flowing behind wall and tile which will lead to mold. Caulking behind toilet is at least an inch wide and still not sealing gaps.

Liked: The receptionist was in training and was nice. The air conditioning actually worked! Didnt see any bugs.

Disliked: The room was in a separate building from check-in, requiring multiple flights of stairs to access. There was no indication that there would not be an elevator. Difficult for someone with mobility issues. The internet didnt work, the room phone didnt work to call front desk about internet. Staff was unable to reset modem or get internet working. TV did not turn on. There was a vagrant in the Stairwell. Room was very outdated and worn.
