Disliked: The pictures and the rooms are nothing alike. This is like a worse version of a motel 6 with uncomfortable staff, damaged and filthy rooms, super sketchy, and dangerous. The floor was sinking in and I ended up dislocating my knee because of it. The bed had stains around the mattress seems that indicate bed bugs. I tried to get a refund since I never actually stayed because it was NOT what was advertised and was NOT safe for my 3 month old daughter and I to stay in and I got talked down to and ignored by the booking customer service representative while the other would only talk to my husband about MY booking, not me. This experience was so bad that I don’t trust booking with this company again. I had to find another hotel to stay in last minute. My old barracks that got condemned and torn down were nicer than this place. I had to body slam the door to open it and when the door was closed you could see the outside from the bottom corner.

Disliked: The tv only had antenna channels, no apps. The elevator was falling apart. It was remodeled, but low quality. The first room they gave me a key to wasn't cleaned so I had to go back to the front desk to get another room. Finally, they charged my card $100 for a "deposit" which according to the front desk would be refunded in 4-6 days. It's now 17 days later and they haven't given the deposit back. I've spoken with them twice and still nothing!

Disliked: No place to hang your clothes, no cups in the bathroom, trim on desk area pealing off and sticking out, no towel racks near shower, bathroom door doesn't close, chunks of sheet rock missing, woodwork is very dirty, no ice machine. Cheap room so I guess you get what you pay for but I would avoid this hotel. Newly renovated apply only to the bathtub as far as I can tell.
