Disliked: I was bit by a spider so was my wife. No concern whatsoever. This is usually where I stay when in town but never again
Liked: Location.
Disliked: They have yet to reimburse the coincidental fee back to my credit card although there was none. It was very hard to understand the workers due to poor English. I had to wait for someone to show up at the check-in desk.
Disliked: The hotel smelled moldy musty dirty room was dirty
Disliked: Website and booking.com said pet friendly. Not true so I couldn’t check in. Drove 800 miles thinking I had a great room. Had to leave and find a new room from their parking lot. Had the nerve to charge me a cancellation fee even though I showed up.
Liked: Proximity to Chicago but in a safe area
Disliked: Our room, elevator and hallway smelled like weed the entire time. Was hard to sleep with people toking next door.
Disliked: This property was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The ac didn’t work in my room. The carpet had food crumbs. The bed sheets had stains the light switches were black. The floor was dirty there was a thick layer of fuzz on the air. The shower tub was black.
Liked: Safe of Location
Disliked: The dirty bathrooms, the old uncomfortable beds, thin walls, the grouchy staff
The rooms were highly unclean (nothing like the ones shown in the pictures) and the lift smelled of dog poop
