“GREAT STAY!!”

We booked for 4 days and 3 nights. Hotel ambiance was nice. Friendly staff. The Room 1026 had a noisy AC though. Overall it’s recommended place. Breakfast buffet was good. 👍

“A let down hotel.”

Horrifically disappointing. The customer service was the worst I ever seen as a returning guest. The reception staff and management seem unbothered by the recent bad reviews they're getting. They can't even make a small exemption to receive my package that I ordered online even I'll leave the payment. Some of our little personnal things went missing when we requested to change room. Our flight back home was around 8:00pm so we ask the front office if they can keep our luggages in their storage until at least 4:00pm. I was stunned when the receptionist said " the first 2hours are free but beyond that we have to pay 500php/hr and on the 3rd hour we will be charged 1000php/hr. A couple of senior from Australia were shocked too when they got the same answer for a 4star hotel. They said that they gonna leave a bad review too concerning the lack of flexibility, effort and hospitality by the management. Furious, I won't even give this hotel a 2star and this will be my last stay at this property.
